I built this one while in Georgia, for a Gunnery Sergeant friend of mine who was selected for Warrant Officer.  The insignia on the front is an Oak slab with African Padauk inlay.

A REAL Workshop Now On The Way…

Although we did move into our new home last October, we moved right back out just a few months later.  We listed the house not 2 months after moving in; we finally had the opportunity to transfer to positions in Virginia and didn’t want to let it pass by.  Almost a year later, I am again announcing our move to a new home!  We have been renting here in VA since February, and are now building a home in Stafford Lakes with CENTEX.  Once we move in to the house in January, I will be building a new shop in the basement.  You can follow the progress of our new home here.  Link is also in the blogroll.  Hope to build something for you soon!

A New Shop Is Almost Here

We’re almost ready!  We move into our new home in October, and my work shop will have a new home as well.  A two-car garage (with no cars allowed) will provide all the room that I need to return to the craft.  If you’ve been waiting to place an order, your wait is almost over!  I’ll post again in the next few weeks when the shop is open.
